Our New Cat-Astrophe Cards!
To be serious for a moment: I recently and suddenly lost someone close to me who was a big lover of pets (cats especially) as well as animal shelters. To help honor the memory of Dr. Sarah Wolfe, I’m introducing our new line of Cat-astrophe cards, featuring adorable kitties wreaking havoc throughout history. 100% of all Alternate Histories profits from these cards will be donated to various animal shelters and rescue organizations.
Each card has a short description of the date, year, and place the mischievous kitties are destroying: Knocking the nose off Sphinx in Egypt, pushing over the Leaning Tower of Pisa, blocking traffic on the London Bridge, or attacking Times Square!
The first charity for our spring season is Animal Friends here in Pittsburgh, a great shelter and advocacy group that is dedicated to ending pet overpopulation in Southwestern Pennsylvania through programs like low-cost and mobile spay/neuter clinics.
