The City of St. Louis

Enjoy the times when St. Louis, Missouri was a bustling river town full of steamboats and sea serpents! This 11 x 17 print comes with this description:

Positioned at the mouth of the mighty Mississippi river, the docks of St. Louis are crowded with steamboats day and night. Yet this proved to be somewhat difficult as a wandering sea serpent, nicknamed “Saint Sarah” by the dockworkers, took up residence in the river after being attracted by the constantly churning water.
