After successfully funding a Kickstarter to launch the Classics of Filmdom series, devoted to preserving the scripts to some of the worst sci-fi films ever made, Alternate Histories is pleased to partner with Row House Cinema and the Full Time festival to present a live reading of what many have dubbed “The Worst Film Ever Made.”
Join us as a team of actors, local celebrities, and even a lucky audience member get to reenact “Plan 9 From Outer Space,” complete with such dialogue as “Future events such as these will affect you, in the future,” and “You see? Your stupid minds…stupid! Stupid!!” And enjoy fresh popcorn and beer from the fine folks at Row House Cinema while you watch. Alternate Histories will also be selling copies of their pocket-sized script to Plan 9, as well as the scripts to bad films “Santa Claus Conquers the Martians” and “Manos the Hands of Fate.”
